The E-Series offers a diverse range of options that cater to various needs and preferences. In addition to the standard sizes, NEW for 2024 we have introduced an all-new 30ft 3-axle configuration. This larger option is equipped with a carrying capacity of up to 60,000lbs, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications and demanding tasks.

• The stronger sub floor assembly ensures the stability of the 4.0, reducing the risk of structural failure. The improved assembly incorporates stronger materials that are capable of withstanding heavy loads and impacts. By reinforcing the sub floor, the structural integrity of the machine is enhanced, making it more durable and resilient.

• The enhanced clearance beneath the machine is specifically designed to minimize the risk of debris accumulation, ensuring smoother operation and reducing potential obstructions. This design improvement facilitates easier maintenance access and improves overall machine reliability by preventing debris from interfering with product flow.

• The upgrade made to the SRT18 – SRT22 HD beater gearbox enhances the overall performance and durability of the gearbox, ensuring smoother operations and extended life. With the upgrade, the gearbox now provides enhanced efficiency and improved reliability. The SR22 allows our dealer network to stock fewer parts, as it shares several of the same components as the JBS Wide Body.

• The 4.0 design includes hydraulic hose routing through the chassis frame members. This strategic placement prevents any interference or damage to the hoses.

• The 4.0 has undergone an increase in overall structural rigidity, enhancing its stability and resistance. The enhanced structural rigidity is achieved by utilizing stronger materials, improved frame design, and the integration of additional structural supports. The improved structural integrity ensures that the machine can withstand challenging conditions and withstand the test of time.
